If participating in a guided event, please review the details of the SLGS, LLC Legal Release. A copy will be e-mailed to you upon your request to book a date. The full legal release is found on the next page for your review.
All adults, 18 years of age and older will be asked to print and sign their full names with original signatures.
All individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian aged 18 or older. These adults will be asked to attest to their willingness to participate and sign on the minors behalf.
All participants will be logged into the SLGS system.
Copies of this release will be available the day of your guided event. However, printing and signing both pages of this release ahead of time maximizes time on the water and in the woods.
